5& Under Tots soccer program is our youngest soccer program we offer. This may be the first time your little one has participated in an "organized sport". This may be the first time they will be "sharing". A session will not look like a world-cup game. There may a few tears along the way, but with you by their side, your little soccer player will learn lots & have fun! The goal of the program is to develop the passion and love for the game of soccer at an early age.
Our Tots program is designed to introduce the game of soccer to 4 year olds and their parents. Our program uses fun games to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and self-confidence.
Under the guidance FSC coaching staff, players will build self-confidence while improving social skills such as listening and taking turns. Some toddlers may cry and want to cling to their parent and some are ready to get out there. We highly encourage to step back and enjoy watching your little soccer player during the first 25 minutes of fun games.
Game Time: Players are split up randomly into teams to play two-6 minute games (time permitting) Parents/guardians are instructed to follow their little player to their game time field & spread out around the sidelines/goal line.(parent bumpers) Our parent bumpers will help keep the ball in play by gently kicking or picking the ball up to toss into the middle.
Age Requirement: Boys & Girls born in 2021
Days & Times: We offer Mondays or Wednesday @ 4:45-5:30pm. We limit registrations to 30 tots per session in order for us to provide the best possible program.
Fee: $125 for 6 sessions, Tots shirt, player insurance & admin fees.
What does my little soccer player need? ALL Tots MUST have a size 3 ball, shin guards worn under socks, soccer cleats or tennis shoes, shorts, water bottle plus a parent/guardian is required to attend each session. ***Please do not send your player with earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watch or metal hair bows/bands. If you can not take out your player's earrings, make sure to put bandaids over them.***
