Fairhope Soccer Club is committed to working with families to be sure every child can enjoy a soccer experience with our club. With this commitment, we have a few options with the intention that families can find one that best fits their financial abilities and child’s ambitions.

Installment Plans: To help families budgets, Fairhope Soccer Club offers flexibility by using an installment plan. TeamSnap offers a variety of payment plans. We can set up an individual payment plans if our current plan does not fit your financial situation.

Financial Assistance: A family may feel that they need financial assistance to have their child participate. Fairhope Soccer Club is pleased to offer a financial aid program to assist deserving players who may not otherwise be able to afford the expense of competitive soccer. The club ONLY cover training/registration fees.

The program does not cover the following fees:

• tournament/playdate entry fees
• personal travel expenses to & from tournament/playdate
• uniforms
• additional gear

The Fairhope Soccer Club is happy to assist with payment plans for tournament/playdate entry fees, travel to & from tournament/playdate, uniforms, and additional gear.

Financial assistance is based on financial need only, and not on playing ability. The amount of assistance is limited each season. Most applicants will receive partial funding.

In addition to financial need, the Fairhope Soccer Club requires at least six hours of volunteer time during home tournaments from all applicants.

Receipt of a financial assistance request form DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the participant will receive financial assistance. We may request other documentation, pay stub or W-2.

If you have more than one player with the club, please fill out one of these application forms for each player.

Please note that if you have an outstanding balance from the previous soccer season, your application will not be considered until the balance has been satisfied.

FSC requires that you complete the online financial aid application prior to accepting your team. We need this information in order to assess how much financial support your family may be eligible to receive.

We cannot overstate how confidential this application process is for our financial assistance program. Only a limited number of club officials, typically our club administrator, review applications. We prioritize your privacy and only use your information to determine your eligibility for assistance.
