Fairhope Academy Soccer

The Fairhope Academy soccer program provides opportunities for youth soccer players seeking further development in their soccer skills. Our Academy soccer program begins at U9-U12, for those highly motivated boys and girls who are looking at moving beyond the traditional youth recreational soccer league. We strive to keep our teams progressing to U13 & above.

As our players progress to U13 & above, our goal is to provide continued professional training and increased competition, ensuring they retain their skills for outstanding performance during middle and high school soccer seasons.

We focus on developing well-rounded players by improving their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills in an age/level appropriate manner. Our coaches are expected to pay attention to detail and create a fun, yet highly competitive environment through committed players and coaches. Player development is a continuous process, with both highs and lows. Winning is important, but not the sole focus. Effort and commitment in both training and games are expected. As players develop, the expectation to achieve results will naturally increase.

While not all players may wish to pursue soccer in college, our objective is to equip them with the skills and tools needed for success during their high school soccer career.  For individuals seeking to advance their soccer careers at the collegiate level, our Director of Coaching, in collaboration with high school coaches, is available to provide support and guidance in this pursuit.
